SHIPPING POLICY

I use Australia Post and Sendle for my domestic and international shipping.

I will always send a copy of the tracking number to you as soon as your parcel is on its way!

I aim to have my items dispatched as soon as possible within 1-3 business days.

Actual postage delivery times however, are beyond my control and can often take longer than expected. Even with their express service, Australia Post currently will not guarantee next day delivery. Please let me know if your items are required for a specific date and we can discuss your delivery options. 

RETURN POLICY

I do my absolute best to test the quality of my products. Each piece is thoroughly checked prior to packing and sending to ensure I am sending you a high-quality product.

In the case that the product is faulty when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours to let me know of the issue. Where product faults occur, products will need to be sent back so that we can assess the damage and then contact you to offer a refund or a product replacement.

We will post the replacement item at our cost and refund the return postage where products are faulty.

If the damage occurred in transit or by mishandling the product, Enchanting Crown Co waives any responsibility of cost and no refund will be offered. Please contact me however and we can escalate this with the postage company.

If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or refund the product cost following the return or the item in new condition. However the customer is responsible for all postage costs.

Buyer must contact me within 24hours of receiving the piece and send item back within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs and ensuring that the items are packaged safely and securely. Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition due to use, mishandling or damage from not being packed properly for return postage.
